AUREN Botanicals — Shipping Policy

 

1. Where we ship

We currently ship to:

- The Netherlands
- Belgium
- Germany
- Austria
- France
- Luxembourg
- Ireland

note that shipping outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK) introduces customs and import VAT considerations. 

All destinations above are within the EU single market, so no customs duties or import formalities apply.

2. Processing time

Each balm is handmade in small batches. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. During periods of high demand or batch production, this may take longer; we will let you know if there is a delay.

3. Delivery times

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

- Netherlands: 1-2 business days
- Belgium, Germany: 2-5 business days
- Austria, France, Luxembourg, Ireland: 5-7 business days

These are estimates provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination at checkout. Shipping within the Netherlands is free for orders over €85.

5. Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

6. Risk and ownership

For consumer orders, risk of loss or damage during transit remains with us until you (or a person you have nominated) take physical possession of the product. Ownership of the product transfers to you once payment has been received in full.

7. Incorrect address

Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by you; re-shipment costs in this case may be charged to you.
